Brightly colored Ponce Cultural Center.

Puerto Rico

  • Brightly colored Ponce Cultural Center.
  • I'm not sure if the overgrown vegetation on this mural is an accident or part of the plan.
  • This mural looks like post Maria despair.
  • Historic building turned into a hotel.
  • An old Fire Station, now a museum, in Ponce, with tourists, of course.
  • Untitled photo
  • The Armstrong_Proventud Residence is now a museum, built in 1899 in a style called Ponce Creole.
  • Plaza Degetau. Unfortunately, the pigeons thought this was for them.
  • Another plaza fountain with lions. It wasn't flowing, but it must have been impressive when it was.
  • This bench caught my eye.
  • Ponce City Hall, one of the oldest buildings in the city.
  • This bank building is listed on the National Register of Historical Places.
  • Up into the mountains outside of Ponce to the Hacienda Lucero, a new coffee plantation.
  • Untitled photo
  • Banana trees.
  • Another of my favorite things, webs with dew.
  • The spider was in this one.
  • There were lots of wildflowers. This looks like the begonias I put out at home in the summer.
